UltraXas Data Deletion Policy
This page explains how you can request deletion of data connected to your use of UltraXas products, including Xro. We respect your privacy and will act on verified deletion requests.
1 When can I request deletion?
You may request data deletion if you have interacted with any UltraXas service, including (but not limited to):
- Our assistant Xro on Telegram, WhatsApp, web, or other chat surfaces.
- Media / download tools operated under the UltraXas brand.
- Voice or translation features connected to your chat ID.
2 What happens when I request deletion?
After we confirm your identity, we will:
- Remove stored conversation memory associated with your ID.
- Remove training facts (if they were tied to you personally).
- Remove notes, saved preferences, and voice samples associated with you.
Some minimal records (for example, system audit logs or fraud prevention markers) may be retained if required for security, legal, or abuse prevention reasons. Those records are not used for chat or personalization.
3 How do I request deletion?
To request deletion, contact UltraXas support and include:
- Your chat platform (e.g. Telegram / WhatsApp).
- Your user ID / phone number / handle used with Xro.
- A short note saying “Please delete my data.”
Once we receive that, we start the removal process. You’ll be notified when it’s done.
